How to book with ÅreWeeks
We hope this section will answer some of your doubts on how to book our apartments. Should you have a request, please don't hesitate and drop us a message.
Why book with ÅreWeeks?
First eco conscious online booking service. For each holiday accommodation reservation, MiWeeks donates 15-100 EURO to environmental conservation programs.

When you sign up as a member of ÅreWeeks, we include a temporary license worth 30 EUR at no additional cost for you. The license is valid for the length of your stay. Additionally, as a member of ÅreWeeks you can take benefit from additional discounts at affiliated resorts/hotels and service suppliers such as; restaurants, sporting activities, gift stores etc..
How do I search for available apartments?
In the Welcome page you can view the latest week offers. To book the offer just click on the price and it will take you directly to the booking page, once there fell the information and proceed for payment.
If it's a special offer, it will open a new mail window, allowing you send us your reservation request.

resort activities and hotel services
reservation requests with a dedicated service
friendly payment plan for your vacation rental (currently only available for Swedish residents)

How to book and pay?
You book and pay safely and easily right here. SSL/TLS secured website
When you have made a booking you will receive a reservation confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.
Once you have received confirmation, your week is confirmed and final
* Important: Before finalizing your booking and payment make sure that; the size of the apartment, the week date and your first and last name is right.
Do I have to bring my own towels and linens?
No, these are included and provided by Holiday Club apartments.
* Remember; The final cleaning of the apartment is included.
Check-in later than the scheduled day?
Yes. However, if you can't make it on the day of your check-in, make sure to call the resort and let them know the date and time of your arrival. This is important so that your reservation is not cancel. In your booking document we provide all contact information with Holiday Club apartments.
Book other apartment/hotels in Åre?
We mainly publish apartments located at Holiday Club, and SkiStar Vacation Club in Åre town.
However, If you don't find a week that fits your accommodation need, don't hesitate to send us a request with the date and number of your party.
Can I cancel my booking?
In order to offer our members a reduced price, our accommodations are negotiated with a strict cancellation policy. However, we are improving our cancellation policy and offer the possibility to cancel some reservations*. For this reason, please make sure to have a travel insurance covering cancellations. Should you need assistance to find an insurance, don't hesitate to send us a request.
Offers with the icon can be cancelled 49 days prior check-in. Fee €75
49 to 29 days 50% of the price.

Reserving other holiday destinations?
In our main page you can find our NEWEST resort destination offers, just click on the destination icon and a new page will open. To send your reservation request just click on the button "Send your request". We normally reply by email within 24 hrs, or if you choose we can call you back.
Note: Each resort destination comes with a table with the latest weeks offers, although we constantly update the offers, we can provide no guarantee for availability.
How do I book benifyDeals offers?
In your exclusive benifyDeals dedicated page, the search widget allows you to search for our offers in Åre Sweden. When you click the search button, your search will appear in our book a week page where you can complete your booking and also apply your coupon discount.
For our selected offers in Åre and other destinations, just click on the send request button and a new email window will open allowing you to send us your reservation request.

Can I book more than one week stay?
YES. However, you need to make one booking per week stay.
If you need to book 2 or more weeks, contact us, and we will happily book your stay directly and save you time.
