How to book with ÅreWeeks 

 

We hope this section will answer some of your doubts on how to book our apartments. Should you have a request, please don't hesitate and drop us a message.

Why becoming a member of ÅreWeeks?

 

Our offers are normally only available by purchasing a license from our parent company MiWeeks or from our affiliated partners. However, when you become a member of ÅreWeeks, we include a temporary license worth 30 EUR at no additional cost for you. The license is valid for the length of your stay. Additionally, as a member of ÅreWeeks you can take advantage from the many discounts illustrated in our Welcome page.

How do I search for available apartments?

 

Once you are logged in as a member you can start searching for your favorite week.

Always choose the check-in on Saturday or Sunday and for a period no less or more than 7 days.

In the Welcome page you can view the latest week offers. To book the offer just click on the price and it will take you directly to the booking page.

 

* Remember - You have to be logged in i order to book your holiday apartment. If you want to take advantage from our Happy Offers, become a member and send your reservation requests to: reservations@miweeks.com

How to book and pay?

  1. You book and pay safely and easily right here. SSL/TLS secured website 

  2. When you have made a booking you will receive a reservation confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.

  3. Once you have received confirmation, your week is confirmed and final

 

* Important: Before finalizing your booking and payment make sure that; the size of the apartment, the week date and your first and last name is right.

Do I have to bring my own towels and linens?

No, these are included and provided by Holiday Club apartments.

* Remember; The final cleaning of the apartment is included.

Can I check-in later than the schedule day?

 

Yes. However, if you can't make it on the day of your check-in, make sure to call the resort and let them know the date and time of your arrival. This is important so that your reservation is not cancel. In your booking document we provide all contact information with Holiday Club apartments.

Can I book other apartment/hotels in Åre?

 

We mainly publish apartments located at Holiday Club apartments, Åre. However, If you don't find a week that fits your need don't hesitate to send us a request with the date and number of your party.

In the near future we will create a special page with additional offers located in other apartment/hotels.

Why is it not possible to cancel a booking?

 

In order to offer our members a reduced price, our accommodations are negotiated without the possibility of cancellation. Once a week is confirmed by our booking system, we are unable to make any changes. However, we are working hard to improve our cancellation policy. For this reason, please make sure to have a travel insurance covering cancellations. Should you need assistance to find an insurance, don't hesitate to send us a request.

 

   New: offers with the icon can be cancelled 49 days prior check-in. Fee €80
